Click the pages below, and read it from left to right to get a good understanding.  The blue gives you the General idea, the green, additional info for the interested, and the red for those who  want to join us.
This is a development plan done by an American Company.  The Red parcels were set up to be used for something.   The Blue we do not understand, but they are some kind of very large Ranches.  At one time they owned Lote 2A and maybe Lote 2.

Our land would be Lote 2B, not 2A or 2.  It also includes Lote  3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 21, and B.  The purchase map shows some additional land North and South the Main Body.  This map was produced just for a development.  But they could not get a majority of the owners to vote for it, so it never happened.  This is one reason we want everyone who gets involved with this purchase to know, in advance, what the Development Plan includes.  We do not want any surprises.
The purchase map shows Lote B as being much larger than the two Red spots.  It also shows 3 rather than 2 parcels of land across the bay.

In another document, Lote B appears to be about 1,000 acres with a lot of water front. Check out Page 5.

The 3 lots across the bay from Lote B are accessible only by water.  There is a mountain with a heavy cover of trees behind them.  Their size ranges from about 10 acres to 50 acres.  What can we use this land for???

This bay may be the best place for our marina.  The small islands are not inhabited, so you can just cruise out there in your boat, walk around, take some pictures, and enjoy the sights.

A boat will be one of my first purchases.  I am looking forward to trolling around this bay.  This bay has every kind of fish that you can imagine.  And trolling is the “lazy mans” way to fish.   You just ride around the bay and when you feel a fish on your line, you stop, reel in the fish, and then, “crank up the motor” and cruise around some more.
This is the Ferry Boat that will take us over to Puerto Montt.  It is a fun and beautiful ride to take.

This dock is very close to our land, but it is a part of the land that we cannot get into, at least at the present time.
