Phase 1 of the Construction must include the following:

1.  Construct one Road into the northern  Section a nd a bridge over 2 rivers.

2.  Construct an “Office Building” at the entrance to house Engineers, Architects, and Salesmen, with meeting rooms for all concerned.  Install an extensive Computer Center.

3.  Have an aerial survey done on the entire  site and bring in 2 survey crews to start the detail surveying.

4.  Make an extensive set of Aerial Photographs.

5. Bring in a Dynamite Crew to blow open some rock to improve the existing road built in 1964.  Add repairs in several places.

6.  Construct an Entrance Gate.

7.  Open up about 10 miles of trails for ATV’s.

8.  Purchase a portable Saw Mill and start cutting trees and making lumber.

9.  Purchase the vehicles necessary to perform the work.

10.  Ramp-up the existing work of producing Architectural Drawings of Homes and the Village Center.

11.  Start design of the Western Bunk House.

12.  Install the microwave towers to bring in TV, Internet, and telephone lines.

13.  Put in some Wind Mills in specific locations to study and learn the best ways to capture as much electrical power as possible from Wind Mills.

14.  Map the rivers and evaluate places that we can install some small dams to produce electricity and provide a deep water sanctuary for fish to grow and multiply which will improve the fresh water fishing.  The dams will be over-laid with paver tile.  The water fall will get a very special design giving everything a very attractive appearance.

15.  Produce a detailed map of all of the property showing what  we own.  Include elevations so we can make the decisions associated with where we place the homes and the Village Center.

16.  Start the sale of lots to the General Public.  We will also work on getting the permits to build up to 4,000 homes plus numerous other buildings on the site.
