You can catch all kinds of fish off this shore line. We plan on putting a Fishing pier

Is there anything that will protect the value of our land?
Yes, we are buying the land for $80 per acre. A major reason for this price is that only a small percent of it is accessible. It is forest land that has been visited by very few people. It has some trees that are 3,000 years old. The initial funds will be used to purchase the property and build roads and bridges that will make much more of the land accessible. This should raise the average land value significantly.

Cat took this picture as I was driving. Her second shot is below. This rock is also ours. We have a lot of neat rocks. Note the water falls. I may put my house on this mountain, up near the top. The view from here is outstanding. This is where my “water fall” is located. It appears we have about 4 miles of border on this road. Want to join me?
